This notice sets out the terms of sale for paid content, subscriptions, and similar offerings within the applications and web services provided by iNexus Inc. (the “Company”), in accordance with Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Each of the Company’s apps (including Manande Puzzle, Saiten-kun, and other apps provided by the Company) refers to this notice as its disclosure of the terms of sale.

Prices are shown on each purchase screen as a total amount including consumption tax.
Charges Other Than the Product Price
Any internet connection and data charges required to download apps and to purchase or use content are borne by the customer.
Payment Methods
- For purchases via the Apple App Store: the payment methods provided by Apple (credit card, carrier billing, Apple Account balance, etc.)
- For purchases via Google Play: the payment methods provided by Google (credit card, carrier billing, Google Play balance, etc.)
- For purchases on the Company’s website: credit card and other payment methods shown on the purchase screen
Payment Timing
Payment is confirmed when the purchase is completed. For subscriptions, the first payment is charged at the time of application, and thereafter it is charged automatically on each renewal date.
DeliveryDelivery of Products
Unless otherwise specified, the product becomes available for use immediately after payment is completed.

Returns and Cancellations for Customer Reasons
Owing to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or refunds after purchase. Please carefully review the product details, operating environment, and supported devices before applying or purchasing.
If a Product Is Defective
If a defect is found in an application, we will respond by providing a corrected version or by other appropriate means. For products purchased via the App Store or Google Play, handling may also be based on each store’s refund policy.
How to Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel a subscription yourself using the following methods.
- For purchases via the App Store: on your device, go to “Settings” → your account → “Subscriptions” to cancel
- For purchases via Google Play: in the Google Play app, go to your profile → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions” to cancel
- For purchases on the Company’s website: cancel using the method indicated within each service, or contact us via the contact channel above
If cancellation is completed by the next renewal date, no further charges will be incurred (for App Store purchases, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date). Even after cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the last day of the period already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated adjustments or refunds for cancellations made partway through a period.
About Cooling-Off
The cooling-off system stipulated under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to mail-order (online) sales. Returns and cancellations are governed by the provisions above.
