  • Location information (in some functions, we may collect it based on your device settings)
  • Profile information (such as age group, gender, occupation, purpose of use and interests that the user optionally registers, and the image set as the profile. The image is either one created by our function or a photo selected by the user)

We use this information for the purposes of providing the Apps’ functions and services, verifying identity and managing accounts, providing and improving the learning experience, managing billing and purchases, sending important notices and support communications, and conducting research and analysis for quality improvement. The information collected and the purposes of use may differ depending on each app; in such cases, we will provide separate notice within each app.

Only where the user uses the function that creates a profile image, we send the age group, gender, occupation, purpose of use, interests, favorite color and appearance-related items that the user has optionally registered, together with any request entered by the user (for example, “wears glasses”), to OpenAI for the purpose of creating that image. We do not send name, e-mail address, telephone number, area of residence, income range, family composition or frequency of use.

Images captured or selected in the Apps

Images captured or selected are used to provide functions, to improve the accuracy of assessment and analysis, and to research, develop, evaluate and verify services and technologies, and are retained for the period necessary for those purposes.

About advertising (in some Apps)

In some of the Apps (such as free plans), we may use third-party ad-delivery services, including Google “AdMob”, to deliver advertisements. Accordingly, information such as advertising identifiers may be collected and used by those providers for ad delivery and effectiveness measurement. The display of interest-based (personalized) advertising can be limited through your device settings (such as limiting ad tracking or resetting your advertising ID).

To improve the convenience of our services and understand how they are used, we may collect access information (such as browser and device type, IP address, the pages or screens viewed or used, and the referrer) using Cookies on the Site and device identifiers and the like in the Apps. This information is processed statistically and does not, by itself, identify any specific individual.

You can stop this collection by disabling Cookies in your browser settings on the Site, or through your device and OS settings in the Apps. If you disable it, some functions may become unavailable.
